These tracks were made for a game called "Magic Mayhem" that was unfortunately canceled and was the second game I worked on alongside my brother who did the art design, level design and programming. The game didn't get too far into development and wasn't in development for as long as "Shadow of the Future" but I managed to get 6 tracks and several sound effects done. In this game, you played as a magician in a cheery, colorful, fantasy setting and was lighthearted in tone. The game actually went through a few phases. At first it started out as a top-down, vertical shooter in the same vein as Twinbee or Xevious but was later rebooted to be a side-scrolling shooter similar to Contra or Metal Slug. It was going to be mobile-only (Android and iOS) for the top-down style but later switched platforms to Steam and Switch after the reboot. All songs were arranged using Famitracker.
